Is this for you?
A new routine. A new mindset book. A promise that next month will be different. None of it sticks for long, because the pieces are connected and nobody has shown you how.
What you'll learn
Foundations covers the first two steps of the Rise Method: Recognise and Inform. It's built on cognitive-behavioural and acceptance-based coaching, adapted from evidence-based therapy.
Module 1 · Recognise
Your full audit and values
See where you are now, get clear on what matters to you, and spot the biggest gaps between the two.
Module 2 · Your Rise Map
Why you’re stuck, on one page
Map how your script, thoughts, feelings, body and actions keep each other going. This is where it starts to make sense.
Module 3 · Body
Stress, sleep, energy and load
Why a depleted body keeps the mind loud, and how to spot what’s draining you with the Load and Recovery Tracker.
Module 4 · Mind
Your scripts and the loops that keep them going
The rules you never chose, the habits that keep them feeling true, and how to start questioning them.
Module 5 · Consciousness
Stepping back and choosing
How to notice your thoughts without being run by them, and pause before the old script takes over.
What you'll leave with
A clear, one-page picture of how your body, your thinking and your habits are affecting each other. It shows you what to work on first, so your next step is obvious instead of overwhelming.
Your guide
I'm a BABCP-accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, and my coaching is built on 18 years of clinical practice. I lecture on a CBT postgraduate diploma accredited by the University of Manchester, supervise NHS trainees, and have trained in functional medicine.
I created the Rise Method after applying these principles to my own life. Foundations is where I'd start with anyone: understand the whole picture first, then change what matters.
Questions
No. Foundations is a coaching course. It draws on evidence-based therapy approaches, but it isn't a diagnosis or a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you're struggling with your mental health, please speak to your GP.
Five self-paced modules you can work through in your own time, on any device. Each one teaches an idea, then helps you apply it to your own life.
Soon. Waitlist members will be the first to know, and the first to get access at the founding price.
Foundations covers the first two steps of the Rise Method, on your own. Recalibrate & Rise is the full programme: all four steps, live and in a small group. It's coming in 2027.
Not at all, as the audit is part of Module 1. If you'd like a head start, you can take it free now.
